The XCELCY, ANEP Program for nursing professionals is an advanced nursing skill excellence program (duration of 4 months) which is tailor-made for certified graduate or diploma nurses with minimum 2 years of clinical bed side experience. Modern medicine is based on evidence based practices which comprise of Quality & Safety, Hospital Infection Prevention & Control, Emergency and Critical Care. ANEP is the only program for nurses that integrate all these in to a single curriculum along with the licensing exam training. This will enable them to be recruited to the best hospitals across the world and successful candidates can find employment in tertiary care hospitals.
We have a state of art advanced skill lab. This lab is a simulated environment of a multidisciplinary ICU with international standards of a tertiary care hospital. The objective of the lab is to provide life like learning experience to the students about crtical care aspects required in a hospital.
This learning experience equips the students to work confidently in any health care setting anywhere in the world. Usually students do not get exposed to such facilities during their course.
The lab is equipped with high, medium and low fidelity mannequin to teach nursing care of critically ill patients in an ICU. Apart from this all standard care guidelines of critical care, infection control practices are displayed in lab for easy learning.
Instructor led training in fully equipped classrooms with audio-visual support. We use videos of real life scenarios for illustrations.
We create active learning environment to conduct activities like role-plays, discussions, case-studies etc.
You get hands on experience in our practice lab with mannequins and medical equipments.
The candidates will be selected through a screening test and Technical interview keeping and Credential verification, in mind the high quality and technical skills standards required by overseas employers. Candidates for the XCELCY Certification program will pass through a –
